F:	What is Single Sign on and what is its advantage?
A:	Singe Sign On means that you can access everything you are/have been/will be doing with CEEPUS II, AHplus or any other program that works with our technology with only one user name and password. Always. No need to remember individual passwords and no need to look up different sites. All the information is always at your fingertips.
F:	My username does not work.
A:	Probably you are spelling it differently from the version you used in the registration. Please note that if you have used special characters with the registration you have to use them always. The best way is to just copy in the user name you receive from the server. The same accounts for your password (until you change it).
F:	My password does not work.
A:	Probably you have not copied it correctly. Just use cut and paste to be on the safe side.

Registration
F:	Why are there 2 steps of network registration?
A:	Because first you register as a person at an institution and only then you register for a network. This procedure allows us to provide users with immediate access and to avoid unwanted double entries of personal data.
F:	When I try to enter the email address a second time, the system does not take it. Why?
A:	You must use exactly the same spelling (case sensitive) as the first time. We ask you twice to make sure your email address is entered correctly.
F:	I am working in an International Relations Office (IRO) and I want to registrate for an academic teacher. What shall I do?
A:	Please note that each person has to enter their personal data and personal email as a first step. Otherwise the Single Sign On System will not work. As IROs operate on a different organizational level than teachers and are scheduled to receive their own rights and roles later, for this application round please proceed as follows: If you have already registered as a person, just leave the registration be. No need to cancel it. BUT: get the teacher in question to register as a person. Extremely important: the correct email address OF THE TEACHER must be entered. Suggest to the teacher to forward the CEEPUS messages to you. As soon as the teacher has received his/her ID and pw, he/she can make this available to you as well and you can then proceed to enter data as his/her "alter ego". Disclaimer: in this case you can safely confirm the teaching part because you enter these data on behalf of the teacher. Access: note that both teacher and IRO can enter with the same access data.
F:	On the last page of the registration process the following error message is displayed: "Probably we cannot send an email to you. We have received the following error: ...". What shall I do?
A:	This error message is merely a piece of information. It will not keep you from registrating. It can, however, indicate that we cannot send you a registration mail. Please take down the error message and proceed with the registration. If you don't receive a registration mail please contact Online Support. The following error message is generally unproblematic: 451 Exploitable Server

Switching Roles
F:	I cannot see and access my networks anymore/I don’t see my mobility application any more
A:	You just have to switch to the correct role. Look at your desktop, at its top right corner. Right under name and date you see your current role (e.g. "mobility" or "network"). If you click on it, a pull down wit all your roles is displayed. Simply click on the role you want to use now and all the information related to this role will be displayed.
